3D rubber patches — waterproof, weatherproof, and built for outdoor gear, tactical kit, and anywhere thread would take a beating.
Woven
Ultra-fine thread woven — not embroidered — for photoreal detail, small type, and intricate logos that embroidery can't reach.

What's the minimum order?
Our standard minimum is 50 patches per design. Smaller quantities are possible for specialty requests — reach out for a quote and we'll let you know.
How much do custom patches cost?
Embroidered starts at $0.37 per patch on large bulk orders. A typical 3" patch at 100 quantity with 75% coverage is around $1.83 each. Run the live calculator →
How long does production take?
Standard production is about 14 business days from proof approval. Rush production as fast as 3 business days is available on request. Quantities over 5,000 run slightly longer.
Is artwork and setup really free?
Yes. Free digitizing, free digital proofs, unlimited free revisions, and up to 7 thread colors at no extra cost. No setup fees, ever.
What's the difference between embroidered, PVC, and woven?
Embroidered is classic thread-on-twill — best for most orders. PVC is molded rubber — weatherproof, 3D relief, great for tactical gear. Woven uses ultra-thin thread for photoreal detail and fine type. When in doubt, ask — we'll match your design to the right build.
Can you match specific colors?
Yes. Give us a Pantone PMS number and we'll match thread or ink. We carry hundreds of thread colors and handle metallic, neon, and specialty threads on request.
What backings are available?
Standard sew-on is free. Iron-on (heat seal) is $0.10 per patch. Tape backing is +25%. Velcro hook-and-loop available and priced by size. See all backing options →
