3. Your artwork
Artwork and logos you submit remain your property. We use the files only to produce your patches and create proofs. We do not sell, license, or share your artwork with third parties. Upon request we will delete your artwork files from our systems after your order is complete; otherwise we retain files for potential reorders.

We share information only with service providers who help us operate the business: payment processors, shipping carriers, email platforms, and production partners.
