These terms govern your use of discount-embroidery.com and any orders you place with Discount Embroidery ("we," "our," "us"). By requesting a quote, placing an order, or using the website, you agree to these terms.

1. Quotes & orders

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated. An order is confirmed when we receive payment (or, for approved net-terms accounts, a signed purchase order) and you have approved the digital proof.

Production times begin after proof approval, not after quote delivery. Standard production is 10–14 business days for embroidered patches, 2–3 weeks for PVC and woven patches. Rush options are available on request.

2. Proofs & approvals

You will receive a free digital proof with your quote or after order submission. Production does not begin until you approve the proof in writing (email counts). You are responsible for reviewing the proof carefully — including spelling, colors, dimensions, and placement. Once approved, any changes require a new proof cycle and may affect timeline and pricing.

We offer unlimited revisions before approval at no charge.

3. Artwork & intellectual property

By submitting artwork, you represent that you own the rights to the design or have authorization to reproduce it. You agree to indemnify Discount Embroidery against any claim arising from artwork you submit.

Your artwork remains your property. We retain the right to display finished product photos in our portfolio and marketing unless you request otherwise in writing.

4. Payment

Payment is due in full before production unless approved credit terms are in place. We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), ACH bank transfers, and approved purchase orders. Declined payments or bounced checks may incur a $25 fee.

5. Shipping

Standard shipping within the continental United States is free. Expedited shipping, international shipping, and shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories may incur additional cost and will be quoted separately. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Quality guarantee

We guarantee our work. If your patches do not match the approved proof in terms of color, size, artwork accuracy, or production quality, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will remake the order at no charge. The guarantee does not cover errors in artwork approved in the proof, changes in perceived color under different lighting, or damage from misuse.

7. Cancellations & changes

Orders may be canceled or modified at no charge before proof approval. Once the proof is approved and production begins, cancellation fees apply based on production progress (50%–100% of order value).

8. Returns

Because all patches are custom-made to your specifications, we do not accept returns for reasons other than defects or production error. Refer to the quality guarantee (Section 6) for defect remedies.

9. Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost business opportunity.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state where Discount Embroidery is headquartered, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in that state.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the site or placement of new orders constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
